1 hr ago I took my prized golf jacket to "KIM". The zipper needs replacement. KIM says she does zipper replacement. She stated that it would be good to know the cost before taking the order. She quoted $75. I said "lets do it". She said it would not be done til after Christmas. I said "lets do it". Kims demeanor changed. She said she only takes cash. I said "lets do it". I showed my AMEX card - she takes no cards. I showed a check. NO checks. I took the jacket to another business whom were very friendly and $21 for a new zipper 5 days before Thanksgiving. I have never wrote a review on the internet before but this became fun for an experience on Kims very bad service. KIM evidently Did Not Want the JOB - she should say so. My wife questioned my sanity on saying OK to a $75 zipper replacement - Remember - the JACKET was a big prize for winning. My wife is taking me the the shrink in 5 minutes. My excuse-I'm old. Kim did not get the job. My wife is honking the horn. Must go - goodbye.
