Very nice in the midst of my accident. Didn't take long for them to pick up my car and were willing to drive us home. Made great suggestions to give me a hand regarding my car and were nice about letting me clean out my car and talking with my insurance company

Yesterday I made a bad review against this TOWING company after reading my review this TOWING Company called my home in Texas and threatened me that if I didn't remove the post they would hold my father truck even with a release until the review was taken down being the smarter and better person I took the review down until my father got his truck back and was out of their town. I will now put back my review. The people of this company are bullies and liars. Here is the story they reposse my dad truck he was at a truck in Grand Island NE working on his flat bed trailer trying to fix the lights on his trailer they walked up asked him if was so and so and he said he was they told him they were there to repossess the truck he told them he needed to get in his truck to make a call they in the meanwhile made their own call to the state troopers telling the troopers he made a threat with a hammer against them 4 cars of troopers showed up at this truck stop. Little about my dad he is 5ft 6 in tall and 74 yrs old snd there 4 or more people from towing company surrounding him and dont forget the hammer was already in his hands. Well the troopers took statements from witnesses and the statements prove there was never a threat with a hammer so in My opinion this is a false accusations from ISLAND TOWING. As far as the woman who called me personally and threatened my dad for something I wrote maybe you need to go back to school to learn some manners you were rude wouldn't let me talk to ask a question and then hung up on me. You need to learn there is a thing called freedom of expression and speech. I will be sending the recording I made today where you admit that you will hold his truck even of the bill was paid an you had release papers in your hand just because you want that my friend is where you get in trouble if have no legal right to hold anything just because you don't like the review.
