I was in your store this evening and the customer service was awesome. I had 4 different people help me (wish I had gotten their names but I did not) and each one went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Kudos!!!!!!!!!

We are renovating a large old home and have special ordered all of our windows and bought everything else there. We are totally satisfied and have made many many trips to GF to buy items. I have called every lumber yard and other stores and their prices are always the cheapest.

I am very dissatisfied with the Menards store in Grand Forks. I had pre paid for 15 grecian urns on April 4, 2006 and was told that they would be put away for me to pick up. I went in yesterday (April 20) to pick them up and they did not have them nor have they ever had them. However they did take my money for them. I live 70 miles away from the Grand Forks store and I needed the pots today. I wish someone had told me that they didn't have them and I wouldn't have made a special trip into Grand Forks to get them. I spoke with a manager in the hardware department and he was no help to me at all even though I asked him if they would substitute something else since I needed them right away and since I was in town, but he would not do that. I spoke with a manager, Wade, this morning and he said he would substitute some other pot, but would charge me a dollar more since they were a dollar more in price. He said he would ship them to me but I would have to pay the shipping.
