I have had Integra Telecom phone service for over 5 years without any interruption of service. When I call, a live person answers and their customer service staff is truly friendly. The cost for service is very reasonable and their bills are easy to read. I would recommend Integra to any business.

I am a business owner and Integra Telecom is by far the worst vendor I have ever had to deal with. You seem to spend all of your time fighting with them about bandwidth problems or other reliability/quality issues. What's so difficult about providing reliable, dependable service? Their so-called "customer care" could care less. Also horrible. We suffered with them for years. Then they woke up one day and decided to change our server IP addrersses which was EXTREMELY painful for us. I figured if we had to go to that much disruption for no reason other than they felt like it, it would be a good excuse to fire them. I know of several IT Managers who have even worse horror stories than mine about their Integra experience. Avoid these guys at all costs! Horrible, horrible, horrible!
