I know a lot of people have issues with Goldmark, but my experience with Amberwood office has been great! They have a friendly staff, and respond to issues and take pride in the updates they make. I moved in and didn't have the right mail key, and they brought it to my door that same day I called! Most of the properties Amberwood office manages are eclectic, or have a bit of curb appeal, or great locations. You can also usually find something in a price range that works for you. Plus + you can pay online or with a smart phone app, which is great for me, as I don't really do the whole writing checks thing. Great service, and professionalism. I would recommend working with this office!

This place is no good, too expensive for the living conditions. Supposedly low income, well the tenants exemplify that but rent does not indicate a low income apartment. 500 a month, for a small apartment that smells like burnt rubber and cigarettes.
