Provided by YP.comIf I could place 0 stars I would! I have been with this company for MANY years. I have multiple policies through them and I have referred many customers to them as well. Apparently my agent has left their company (I cant blame her!) and I was never notified..not until I got a letter in the mail from my car insurance provider stating they haven't received my EFT payment, which I switched to a new bank account over a month ago. The switch was never made. I called to get it taken care of and the woman who was assigned my case said to fill out and sign a reinstatement form. I did so and sent it back the same day. Never heard anything back, so I called again only to be told to pay a large amount I knew was incorrect. I asked her for a breakdown of charges and she couldn't answer what it was for and said she would call me back and let me know. That didn't happen either.. I then called back a couple days later and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was rude and said they never received my signed form back for 6 days....When Clearly I can show when it was scanned and emailed back! Long story short it was never taken care of and cleared up and now because it looks like I haven't had coverage for over 30 days not only will the provider not reinstate, but they will not write me a new policy unless I pay 6 months up front of a much higher insurance rate! When I called the "owner" he said he would get me into another policy if I could pay 6m up front. I agreed and asked for the amount. He then came back onto the line to tell me, they now cant even offer that. They only write through 2 insurance companies and without continuous coverage they wont write a policy. SO AFTER ABOUT 6 YEARS of being a customer that is the way I am treated? Where has customer service that is focused on the loyal customer gone? I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST doing your business here since they have sold to this man, they are about the $, not the customer!
