Since the US Department of Housing and Urban Development's regulations are constantly changing, this means that we meet the following requirements: The appraiser must be state-certified ( licensed-level appraisers no longer qualify ) with credentials based on the minimum certification criteria issued by the Appraiser Qualifications Board ( AQB ) of the Appraisal Foundation, and The appraiser cannot be listed on HUD's Limited Denial of Participation ( LDP ) list, HUD's Credit Alert System ( CAIVRS ) or GSA's Excluded Parties List System ( EPLS ).
