I went to this clinic on Friday, 11-16-07 concerned about my blood pressure. When receptionist called me to exam room, he asked if I had been there before. I told him yes, but it had been many years ago. He took my b/p, which was 157/89. The Doctor then came in, and yelled at me, "Why didn't you say you hadn't been here before, my receptionist searched for 30 min for your chart!! Dr. Griffith destroyed all old records and so he just wasted 30 min looking for your chart!" "He didn't ask me if I had been here before, until just now!", I said. He jerked open the exam room door and yelled, "Did you ask her if she had been here before?!" "Yes", was the reply. At that time, the Doctor told me that his staff ALWAYS asked that question, he then turned his back on me, left the room, and yelled to his staff, "There is no charge". He had just kicked me out of his office. By the time I got to the emergency room, my b/p was 167/110. I have never been so insulted and will never return!
