I love living here. The complex itself is quiet and clean. The grounds are kept nicely. They have even started decorating the grounds for each season! The atmosphere is "homey". Nice clean laundry facility with cubicles where we can leave our detergent and softener. Gated parking. Nice location across the street from Petit park and the Granada Hills public library. Grocery stores are close to the North and South of the complex.
