General Info

Granada Hills Charter High School emphasizes the educational, physical, moral and emotional development of students. Founded in 1960, it offers classes in various subjects, such as English, mathematics, physical education, science, social studies and technology education. The school also offers classes in foreign languages, visual and performing arts, and family and consumer science. Granada Hills Charter High School maintains an on-site library media center that provides a collection of books and reference materials. The school conducts several sports activities, such as football, volleyball, tennis, golf, water polo, cross-country and basketball. It operates band, cheerleading, choir, drama, robotics, speech and debate clubs. The school operates a parent-teacher association that conducts regular meetings and conferences.
