Welcome! Our philosophy here @Pilates is to teach the highest standard of the Pilates method and maintain the integrity of what we have learned from our numerous Pilates master trainers. At Pilates is not a gym, it is a warm quiet fully equipped and uplifting studio environment. We offer Pilates classes to fit everyone. It is our belief that all clients are special and arrive to us here At Pilates during different stages of their unique journey. There is one thing, however, that everyone has in common, and that is a desire to look and feel their best!
