I needed the services of a Notary Public, and found this BoA through a net search. However, they will ONLY provide notary services to bank members, even though I expected to pay for this service. Why advertise online if you only provide limited service. Based on this level of performance there is absolutely ZERO likelihood that I would ever join this Bank of America.
