The nose pad broke on my glasses the day before leaving the area for the Christmas Holiday. I stopped in without an appointment to see if they could help me out. The receptionist/technician that greeted me took my glasses and within minutes had replaced both pads with new ones and had me on my way with a smile and wishes for a happy holiday.Based on the pleasant experience and people, I will be sure to return again and recommend them to my friends.
