Form & Fitness is a health club, having more than 10 years of experience. Based in Grafton, Wis., the club features child care, personal training, group exercise and weight loss programs. It also specializes in physical therapy, massage, sports medicine and tanning. Additionally, the club offers an array of services, such as orthopedic manual physical therapy, pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, industrial rehabilitation, athletic training, injury evaluation and referral program. Through the Parisi Speed School, Form & Fitness also works to improving athletic skills and self-esteem for young athletes.
