I have been to Quest diagnostics before and I had pleasurable experience. The lady that took my blood was nice and I did not feel a thing so when I had to go in today I was not worried about giving blood but the lady I had to deal with today with unpleasant, rude, and frankly very unprofessional. She scolded me multiple times for not drinking water an hour before I came despite what the doctor told me. I have never had pain when giving blood before but this hurt very badly. I also overheard her talking with another lady about a conversation she had with a coustomer where she basiacally told the coustomer she did not need their life story and she just needed to know the question. She was extremely disrespectful and it was one of the most unpleant experiences I have ever had with somebody.
