Today was my first experience seeing a P.A. at the Cornwall, NY office (45 Quaker Ave.). My physician, with whom I have had my medical issues addressed over many years, referred me to the Urgent Care component of Horizon Family Medicine. I was pleased with the professional care and the demeanor of the staff with whom I interacted. It is reassuring to know that I will be able to have urgent care, if needed, provided by professionals who interact with my primary care physician.
