I was referred to Bernard Brady by a good friend to handle and advise me on my divorce. This was the worst thing I ever did. He charged me a 5k retainer (which is high) and over a six week period, he only returned two of my phone calls. He did nothing on my case. Never had any communications with my wife's attorney who also tried to reach out to him a dozen times. It was always one excuse after another. At least I got my entire retainer back.
