Thermoplastic elastomer is a division of Triangle Rubber Co. Inc. Triangle Rubber Co. Inc. started in the thermoplastic elastomer division in the mid 1980's. Currently thermoplastic elastomer has 15 injection presses ranging from 35 to 300 tons. The company is automated from material feeding to demolding finished parts. It processes a wide range of thermoplastic elastomers for many markets, such as automotive, appliance, electronics and plumbing. At Triangle Rubber's thermoplastic division, the company uses different types of materials, including TPU, TPV, TPO, PVC, SEBS, ABS and PP.
