I had never been to this store before but had heard from some quilting friends that the service for Bernina machines here was excellent. After having taken my machine in to a former Bernina dealer (they said they service all machines), I was told that it was an electronics issue and they could not order parts since they no longer carried the Bernina's, even though I had originally purchased it from them. Long story short, when I entered the store and told the gentleman what was occurring, he knew right away what the problem was. It was very simple, but the machine was one I only used infrequently, for classes and sewing guilds, so it would sit sometimes for months without being used. Apparently, the Berninas need to be plugged in frequently, otherwise the machine will not turn on when you go to use it. Simple solution is that you plug it in and let it sit for 20 minutes and it resets itself and works perfectly fine. The gentleman could easily have told me I needed some new part or whatever, but told me exactly what was wrong, proceeded to plug it in just to make sure while I was there. He did not charge me anything for diagnosing it and was very professional and helpful. I would easily return there in the future for any further purchases. I would highly recommend this store, not only for its machines and service, but also for the classes, books and notions.

I travel and hour and a half for their great service. Always prompt, direct, and my machine runs like a dream every time. Would certainly buy from them when the time comes.

I took a machine in for service and was very pleased with their prices and knowledge. I ended up buying a used one they had for sale and have been very pleased with the service and warranty offered. Very nice people. I like being able to take classes and not having to buy my fabric from them as they do not sell fabric. I would highly recommend them. They sell Bernina and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service I receive. Great threads, acessories and machines.

They do great work for a good price. My machines always run so much better after their clean and check and if I ever have a problem it gets fixed quickly.
