Angie Mattern is a board certified family nurse practitioner at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Keystone. Prior to her becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse in family practice, emergency and mental health. Angie’s focus is health promotion and disease prevention through evidence based practice. She aims to develop a practice with a focus on health maintenance, risk reduction and disease prevention. She works to improve the health of the community by organizing and participating in community outreach programs that educate patients through events such as health fairs, diabetic screenings, pap-a-thons, immunization clinics, etc. She also participates in foreign and local medical mission programs providing quality care to the underserved populations.
