If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Another tenant was moving out and hit my car with their moving van and fleed the scene. Thank god Brentwood has cameras pointed at my car and caught everything, right? No. They knew who did it, b/c they were the only people moving out that day, but they refused to give the video tapes to the police or tell them who the people were. The entire back end of my car was ripped off. Besides that, the AC was broken most of the summer. I had to call 5 times before they ever fixed it. The neighborhood is along a street where people would throw their glass bottle, beer cans and trsh into out patio. It's a poorly ran property and located in a run down area. It's a shame that they get any buisness from the military at all.

Property is poorly managed. Maintenance issues are a joke. Careful of the flooding, rats, roaches, and don't bother complaining, nothing will be done about it. It is believed that this is a good place for military to live while going though training. It's more of a headache than it's worth. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for.
