I was able to furnish 4 rooms in my house for what Davis wanted to do just 1 room. Furniture came on time, delivery went great. Called about a month later with a small problem, they were out the next day to take care of. I am extremely pleased with the goods and the service. Anyone complaining about their service must have brought that on themselves, probably by being a pain in the a-- customer, whining and and being a gypsy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bought a bookshelf 3 months ago, brought it home after over a month - and more than one phone call asking about status since ~two weeks overdue - and peg holes uneven. Called again and after multiple phone calls and visit to store was told replacement was on order a week later at this time told manufacturer would give discount and would be passed on to us for the inconvenience. After multiple phone calls were told more than once it was on the next shipment. Just picked it up and were treated very rudely from the time we showed up by manager and employee. Told no such thing as discount and we were never told that. After complaining were told "What do you want? You bought a "cheap-*** bookshelf". Would NEVER buy anything else from them or ever refer them - and replacement bookshelf still wobbles.
