After opening a new account just 3 weeks ago I must say we have only had bad experiences with this credit union. On the day we opened this account it took over an hour because of a "new system' and inability to use it correctly. The gentleman that helped us said he could finish without us to avoid and even longer wait and that he would mail the information to us. After waiting a week to get our account information I called to inquire. On my first call I was cut off. On my second the operator said it had been sent out just that day. A week later we received our new debit cards but didn't receive PINs for another 2 days. When trying to activate them by making a purchase and using our new PINs, my husband's and my cards were both declined as being ineligible or not a real account. They would not even work in the credit unions own ATM. We also went through the drive through once. Our wait at the window was 20 minutes, not including waiting behind the one car in front of us.
