      NOTHING! A very bad experience for my pet and children! Don't board your pet with Carolyn!

      Terrible experience for my dog! First time boarded. I got yelled at for calling during NON working hours to see how my dog was doing. After that my calls were not answered. My son called once, he was told to call right back- when he did the machine was on. When I went to get my dog just 5 minutes past closing the owner would not release my dog. She had not answered any of my calls when I was attempting to call to let her know I would be only 5 min late. I ended up calling the police to get my dog released- the owner STILL would not release my dog. When I went to get my dog the following morning the minute they opened I found my dog in a small cage in the grooming room. I took her immidiately to my vet, she had a fever and was dehydrated.I found it very disturbing that the evening I had called the police to get my dog I found a message from Carolyn- the owner- telling me she wanted to be paid in cash. DON'T TAKE YOUR PET THERE! CAROLYN NEEDS TO QUIT! She has very poor people skills!

      Each dog has its own 4 by 4 inside bedroom, with a see-through door that leads directly to its own 4 by 10 outside covered run. During the cooler months, inside rooms are maintained at 70 degrees.
