State Auto is a reprehensible company that I unfortunately had to deal with since their insured totalled my car and the entire process was ridiculous. They offered nothing for my car and my wife was injured in the accident and after almost year they are offering next to nothing for pain and suffering. Hope you never have to deal with this company from Goodlettsville, TN.

On the 29th day after being rear-ended by one of State Auto's clients, I finally got an offer on my totaled Lexus. I nearly laughed! They even had their client's name on the report about MY car! The whole mess has become a comedy of errors and it still isn't settled. I would NEVER want to deal with State Auto Insurance again!

An insured of State Auto insurance failed to yield in an intersection in March. My car was totaled, three of my bones broken and my husbands head split wide open requiring staples and stitches. I had to have 2 months of physical therapy. While the pain of the broken bones didnt make me cry at the time of the accident. Car shopping with the amount of money we got out of this company did. They are supposed to give you value, if value is paid, should you not be able to get another car of equal value? Well, consumers are not looked after by law. Anyway, I have been out of therapy for over a month now and am still recieving medical bills that this company hasn't paid. I am waiting for reimbursement for lost wages because i couldn't work for a while, and I had to use savings money to buy an 8 year old car because they deliberately undervalued my total car. I saw their assessment, they falsified condition and featuresof my car. I hope one day unjust treatment visits these people back
