I had issues with my IQ America door bell purchased from Home Depot. I tried various solutions. Replaced all the batteries. Took the doorbell button to Home Depot. The did not know what was causing the problem. I Called IQ America. Spoke with their Rep; and within just a few minutes, she diagnosed the problem; recognized that it was a defective button; and told me they would ship out a replacement the next day at no charge. Amazing!!! It's too bad not all businesses operate this way.

I bought a door chime from Home Depot that was manufactured by IQ America. I had a self imposed problem with it during installation. I called their toll free number and they sent me replacement parts very quickly which fixed the problem. Very good customer service!
