I recently purchased a pair of jeans. They fit great in the store, the sales staff was wonderful..... but once I got the jeans home, and they were washed and dried, that's when the problems began. Once they were worn, they just stretched more and more, till I finally had to leave a party that I was at, go home and change. The next day, I called RCC to explain to them my problem, and since the jeans had been washed, they would not return or exchange the jeans or even offer me store credit. So now, I am out the 39.99 for a pair of jeans that I cannot even wear! Shouldn't there be some concession for a defective pair of jeans? I would not recommend this store!
