used them two different times because could not schedule anyone else fast--they leave the carpet sopping wetdo not get out all the stains at all track mud in at the end and leave it on the rug and take twenty minutes sitting in vehicle to add up the bill.This last time I told them in detail what had happened and got a quote that I was told was a final amount tax included.However.when they finally managed to add up the bill which I was standing there waiting for forever, they had added on about eighty dollars.Told them I had been quoted a final amount and gave them cash and they accepted it without any squabble.Another thing was they were about a half hour late with no phone call and blamed it on the rain which was very light.They are not professional and leave the carpet dirty stained and way too wet.
