Called 20 minutes before closing time to order a king cake. In that short time, they finished it up with filling and toppings. It was delicious and I appreciate the last minute accommodation.

Terrible customer service

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!I would visit this donut shop 2 or more times a week since they opened a few years ago so I would say I was a regular loyal customer who would spend AT LEAST $12 or more dollars each visit. And let me just say their donuts are very very good, best in the area in my opinion. Well when I went in this morning, all they had left was chocolate covered so I ordered them and asked them very nicely would they mind lputting them in a box(flat) so the chocolate would stay on them...from past experience the way they normally package them the chocolate would come off. So, when I asked for the box the owner tells me I can only have a box if I purchase a dozen(which I completely understand) I very nicely said you can charge me whatever you like so I can have a box and he RUDELY told me that is impossible and I would have to take my business elsewhere if I want a box!!!!!! I walked out just completely disappointed in their customer service over a .25 cent box!!!!! Wow!

Terrible customer service!!!! Will never go back! They were extremely rude and I have been a loyal customer since the day they opened. I don't care HOW DELICIOUS their donuts are....will never recommend again or return.
