It is Saturday morning, March 24. I am trying to upload some photos to the Costco Photo Center. The internet service I have from Impulse just keeps failing. I am very upset about this. I don't have their DSL service. My service is the microwave system. Whereas it is much better than dial-up, and I should be thankful for that, I guess overall I am not very happy. Some days it runs fine and some days there are constant interruptions that can be very irritating. At night it is very slow, I assume because there are so many users on it. That can be very frustrating as well. I just would like the system reliability to improve and I would like to have a much higher level of service.

Helpful and knowledgeable. I love working with this company.
