Deckers Outdoor Corporation, whose corporate office is located in Goleta, Calif., is an international company with three footwear brands, Teva, Simple and Ugg. Established in 1973, it began by manufacturing its original brand of Deckers sandals. In 1985, it entered into a licensing agreement to produce and distribute Teva sandals. In 1993, Deckers acquired Simple Shoes, and two years later, Ugg Holdings.
