      Lip Service

      The guy came to my house with Duke Energy Wire program. house is old with old wiring , not up to the new codes so it was all, " Not up to code" can't do this , can't do that. Broken record-Waste of time. Allot of lip service.Wouldnt call them if I needed something fixed ): .
