      This is a very clean and safe place to rent. I was very pleased with my unit and the staff were always friendly. I expecially liked the security cameras and computerized gate access. I would definately recommend this storage company.

      The unit was fine except for the poor sheetrock work in the unit.Tape peels off seams.

      I recently moved my belongings out of one of their storage units.The unit was clean and I was not refunded my deposit.I did not damage the unit.When I rented it there was some sheetrock tape hanging from the wall and when I moved out it was still hanging form the wall.I was told that I would receive my refund from the Raleigh office.It has been a month now and I have not received any refund or even a reason as to why I have not been refunded my deposit.The female manager there is a rude individual.As far the security and storage area was fine.Except for the sheetrock work in the units is sloppy and I feel they are using that for an excuse to not give refunds.That was the only thing wrong with the unit and it was not something I did.I don't think I should have to pay for bad construction.If I had put holes in the walls or damaged the door or something that a renter could have done that would be a reasonable cause for not refunding deposits..But sheetrock tape peeling off the wall is not something that renters have any control over.That is caused by poor construction and the temperature.You can see the tape on the seams of the sheetrock and you should not be able to see this when it is done correctly.
