Excellent attorney, excellent trial attorney. I was charged with a misdemeanor DV. Mr Tooley was able to move my hearing to a future date, so as to inform me of the different directions I could take. I ended up pleading not guilty, rightfully so and ended up going to trial and acquitted by a jury of my peers. Mr Tooley is very knowledgeable and very professional. He kept me informed all the way though and always responded in a timely manner to any questions. Loosing my job and my means to make a living threatened, made it a very stressful time in my life. Mr Tooley was able to reduce that stress though his knowledge. I can't even began to express the thanks for what Mr Tooley has done for my life.
