I dropped in to Foothills Ski & Bike for a quick adjustment to my rear derailleur. John Rathbone the Owner hapily took my bike in back and in 10 minutes he had it shifting better than it ever has. In addition, he suggested I adjust my saddle and bars and it made a huge difference in my comfort and power.

Foothills Ski & Bike is different from the other shops I visited when looking for a new mountain bike. Even though they had quite a few bikes in the shop, they seemed truly interested in helping me find the perfect bike for me, regardless of the bikes they had in stock. They took a lot of time to find out what kind of riding I was interested in and suggested a bike that I had not considered. They were able to arrange a demo through the Rocky Mountain rep so that I could try the bike and then ordered one for me. I waited for 5 days to get the bike but it was more than worth the wait to get a bike that was the right size, style and price for my budget. I would recommend anyone looking for a new bike look at Foothills Ski & Bike. Their prices were the same as the other shops I considered, but the service set them apart.

The owner of the shop John Rathbone smokes to much weed, He tried to work on my bike and when I rode it next I had parts fall off. I will never go in there again because of his drug abuse problems and I got hurt when my bike fell apart.

I've had good experiences with this shop. They've mounted skis for me and done some tuning. Nice employees and I'd recommend them to others.

they will take your money and sell you items that are over priced. they have the worst customer service i have ever seen. they do not stand behind there business and will take advantage of you any chance they get. DONT BUY FROM THEM BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

If you don't want your bike or skis in the shop for days take them to this shop. They can turn around things sometimes the same day if you ask nicely or are a repeat customer.
