My home's previous owners purchased windows with Dawn Windows. 4 years later, with a new owner, I developed a leak around the top of the window. I tried caulking around the seams and where the roof affected it, adding flashing, but to no affect. I then thought I would call the original installer, Ron at Dawn, for help. They sent 2 people out that same day, found the issue, (glazing), and spent 2 hours fixing it. And all this even though I didn't buy the windows. There was no charge!
