Our program provides individualized care plans overseen by a Physician. We coordinate clinical services that help make the patient and family safe and comfortable. Our ultimate goal is to help put the family in charge of care options and improve quality of life. Our Music Therapy and Healing Hearts program offers additional non-clinical interventions such as Pet Therapy and Massage Therapy. Our office is locally owned and operated."
