This a wonderful camping club and the lots and dues are way more affordable than others. Way better and less that half the price of Port Susan (which my parents had a lot at) You own a share of the Club so every one is a part owner like a co-op. So dues and fees are lower since it's not for profit.

The worst most unfair cantankerous crotchety board of directors ever. Do not buy this membership. Im banned from the park for life for improper use of gate card. They said i was there for 45 days. When ive never been there more then 10days in a row. These people are wound so tight this isnt a campground its a personal retirement home for the security gaurds. Please heed this warning.
