As the owner of J&K Outdoor Power I am here to let customers know the review below is incorrect. Small Engine Doctors didn't take over. I stopped selling new equipment and moved locations. The new location is at 47 Danis Park Rd still in Goffstown. The phone number is still the same

J&K closed its doors beginning of the year. 'Goffstown Small Engine Doctor' has taken over operations. I stopped by on Saturday, they quickly diagnosed my lawn tractor problem, they come across as reliable and competent. One star for J&K. 4 stars for the new place.

Contacted these folks about a repair to my generator. They were very forthcoming with information about how to best take care of the problem in a manner that would likely be the best fix and less expensive for me (i.e. explained an easy to replace part and showed me how to order it inexpensively). Even though it meant a smaller profit for them, they gave me the right solution. This is the way business should be conducted. I highly recommend them!

Due to a chunk taken out of my mower deck belt, I purchased the wrong size belt. Even though the mistake was mine, the Individual running the store did everything he could get me the right belt when I needed it. This type of customer service should keep this business running for a very long time! Thank you.

I was truly impressed that right off the bat i met the owner working at the front counter. The service that was received was great and timely. I was also impressed with the fact that i received a bill for the service that was significantly less expensive then a competitor that I brought it to last yr for the same service. I would recommend this shop to anyone
