If possible, I would give negative stars to the Gloversville UPS location. As the above review states, packages delivered via UPS come to us from the Gloversville offices. I have had many packages delivered to us which came damaged, boxes destroyed, boxes left directly below the roofline of my porch (all the rain fell directly onto my delivery) when all the driver needed to do is open a gate (no - no dogs on the other side) and place the packages 5 feet more under the roof. This last time it was a compressor (small 6 gallon one) which was obviously dropped, crushed, and re-taped then delivered. If it were possible, I would never EVER use this facility for anything at all. Zero stars is my vote. This is not a one or even two-off issue. It is frequent and repeated.

Amsterdam Store says pkgs delivered come out of Glov. I have been waiting since July for a pkg containing bank checks. A driver claimed to have delivered and got a signature for MY pkg but was delivered to an address that does not exist Somehow, between the check co and UPS, someone got my address wrong. This is the 2nd pkg I have been waiting for because someone returned the first pkg which the check co, said it was me. it was not me. UPS must have returned it. Now, I have ordered a 3rd time and still no delivery. Not even a tracking a number. The check co says it was delivered Jan 4th, UPS is not getting my pkgs to me!! One of their drivers should not be saying he delivered and received a signature from an address that does not exist!! I'm angry bc I need my checks. I have been waiting since July!! UPS is not helping in anyway.
