I had a major emergency, w/raw sewerage backing up into my shower & toilet. Multiple techs from a different co. weren't getting the job done & not even arriving w/the equip I'd asked for. On advice from the City's Dept o/Public Works, I called Brad Robertson at All Seasons & left msgs on his 2 ph lines. He called back w/in 2 mins & said he'd be at my home in 30 mins. He arrived sooner than that, bringing the truck & equip we needed. In less than 2 hrs, he vacuumed out a portion o/the line allowing me to use my toilet again, he located the block using a beacon, & marked the spot where we needed to begin digging. He explained everything in detail & then called another co. to arrange excavation & pipe replacement. He also contacted Dig-Safe to arrange for the utilities to mark unsafe dig areas. Eventhough Brad wasn't here when the job was finished, he was responsible for making sure it was done right & quickly. I highly recommend Brad Robertson and All Seasons. THANK YOU BRAD!
