Max's Seafood Cafe is famous for flounder, mussels and shrimp dishes. Its interior features framed liquor licenses, plate glass windows and Victorian-style artifacts. They advertise it as a sea food restaurant but no fried shrimp. Add it to the menu and I will be back.

The building itself is really nice and you feel like you're gonna get your money's worth when you sit down. But in my opinion I really didn't. Our appitizer was great and dessert was really good too but the main course was pretty bad. Neither my wife or I could finish anything. I had litterally the worst steak I've ever eaten in my life. It tasted the way poop smells and that's no exaggeration. My wife had three pieces of fish, one she could only take one bite of and the other two were ok. Service was good on the bus boys part but the waitress spent more time chatting with her friends than giving anyone else attention. WAY over priced for the quality of food overall. I'll never go back. Though I guess I can see someone giving a decent review, anyone that gives a great review obviously works there! In my opinion, you'll probably feel hornswaggled when you get the check don't waste your time.
