Been a patient for several years I find Dr. Hoover to be very caring and thorough. The office staff has always been kind. If there is a need to squeeze us in they always do their best to meet my needs. The office has also be flexible on taking payments. Couldn't ask for a better OP. He is also able to perform eye surgeries.
