Welcome to Partners in Healthcare We have been providing the best home care services in Lake and Cook county for over two decades. We offer private duty services in private homes, nursing homes and hospitals. We perform a free patient assessment to provide an individualized plan of care to meet your special needs. We have a nurse coordinator on call 24 hours a day. Our caregivers are supervised by a registered RN. We have workers compensation insurance. Care givers are our employees. We issue their paychecks and withhold taxes. Our employees have a minimum of two years experience.
