I have been working with Critter Control for about 10 years now. I own 6 properties around the city of Pittsburgh and I always contact Critter Control when my tenants have animal issues. They are always very quick to respond and always take care of the situation quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I called at 8:00 pm. The website said that service is avaible 24 hours. All I got was an answering service that promised to "send a page" to the "person on call." It's now 1:00am and I've placed four calls asking whether or not I can expect service tonight. I haven't gotten a straight answer, and the "on call" person hasn't called me back. If your business isn't 24 hours, don't advertise as such. If you can't offer me service when I need it, at least have the courtesy to tell me so. I will NOT be spending my money with this business.

Customer service was great. I was always informed throughout the process. We had mice entering our kitchen and attic areas and the technician was able to identify the points of entry and seal them off. They also installed gutter guard on our home and now I do not need to clean my gutters anymore!!

Removed raccoon and babies from my chimney in 1 day. Also installed a cap on my chimney with a lifetime guarantee. Very nice guy too!!

These guys really know their field and are very professional. Not only did they take care of our squirrel problem but they also repaired the main entry points and the potential entry points so that we do not have a problem in the future. I have had repairs done by contractors and Critter Control did a better job than they did. Highly recommended!! A++ service.
