Really happy I did my bankruptcy with Mike Toomey. He was easy to talk to and I felt like he really cared about helping me getting back on track with life. Not sure if I agree with the previous post- the staff was really nice to me, but I also was pretty organized with getting my paperwork to them. Hopefully I wont need to do this again, but I would go back to their office if need be or for another problem.

I recently filed chapter 7 and Mr.Toomey was the one who handled my case.He was wonderful,he never made me feel ashamed of what i was doing and he was also very helpful in explaining what i would need to do to rebuild my credit.The only bad experience i had was with his office help.They were very rude and short every time that i would call there to ask a question.Mr.Toomey had told me that if i had any questions to call his office and someone would be glad to answer them,but that was not the case at all.I have to say that Megan was very helpful and polite.I highly recommend Toomey for anyone if you can just learn to deal with his office help...............

Toomey and Gallagher was my savior when I was going through financial difficulties last spring. I filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy with Mike Toomey. From the minute I met with him I felt the weight lift off my shoulders. I hadn't even paid him yet and he told me to have all the harrassing creditors call his office and he would take care of them. After telling a few creditors to call his office they instantly stopped calling. His flat fee bankruptcy is cheap compared to all the work that he did for me- the free intial consultation, all the paperwork and financial/legal advice at another meeting and he went to about 3 court hearings for me in Albany. Mike is just a really great guy and made me feel really comfortable. I didn't feel embarrassed to do a bankruptcy at all. I recommend him to all of my family/friends that are going through tough times right now. I was even suprised to recently see my credit score go back up. **Highly recommend Mike Toomey for a bankruptcy. **
