This is the worst dealership in the city. I had to contact a lawyer just to deal with them after selling me a piece of junk car.

I purchased a vehicle from them and the transmission died in less than a week. They were nice enough to refund it, and get another similar one at auction, I bought it. And the transmission died on that almost immediately. Even with all of this mess, the worst part, was their awful customer service. I called calmly to discuss the warranty, and the office manager was incredibly rude and unapologetic. She told me "I'm not the only customer they have." and was extremely unwilling to help. I NEVER have taken the time to write a bad review in my life, but these people, especially their office manager, are a nightmare and a headache to deal with. Don't waste your time.

Meissner is awesome. Have been buying used cars from them for years. Marc Grossman is the new manager and is a straighshooter. Buy certified used cars with warranties. Got a great deal on a used jeep. Have bought chevys in the past.
