I am in the military and was overseas when my wife hit a deer and damaged our minivan. I did some research on-line and found that Kenny Watson's Collision Center was close by, but couldn't find any reviews for the business at that time. I contacted our Progressive agent and he highly recommended the shop. I relayed that information to my wife and she made the arrangements to drop the van off and have the necessary work done. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE FRIM BEGINNING TO END!!! Mr Watson acted like he wanted to help my wife out by saving her some money on our deductiable, which turned out to be a huge pain. Instead of replacing the bumper (which Progressive paid him to do) he beat the dent out and repainted the old one. He did not replace the broken headlight either which our insurance also paid him to do. When my wife sent me pictures of our "repaired" van I was furious. My wife tried to talk to Mr Watson about the problem, but he acted like she just did not understand how the body shop business worked. She doesn't like confrontation so she didn't push the issue. By the time I came home I was told that it had been too long since the repair work and he couldn't be sure that we hadn't done the damage after he repaired the vehicle. As if that wasn't bad enough our insurance agent seems to be on the 'Good 'Ol Boy' system with Mr Watson. We got no help through him. However, I am reporting this body shop to the Insurance Commision and the Better Business Beurea and we make sure to tell everyone about the job he did for us.

This collision center is a joke. Although it may look like a nice facility and have all the up-to date equipment the owner is not honest and cares more about making money than making your vehicle safe. All I can say is just because he "saves" you on the deductible you are not getting a savings at all.....ask for your estimate along with an invoice of what work was done and you will see that you are not getting off with any savings at all. Just beware if you are thinking of using this business.

I went Kenny's because it was close to my home & Mr. Watson said he could get the job done fast.He did it fast alright!My paint color didnt match & my bumper was still cracked.I would never recommend anyone to that place.He was also very rude to me when I asked about the problems.It was a very bad experience for me & hopefully this will help you chose a more honest bodyshop!
