I was recently in the Chicago area for a business trip. My company picked this hotel for me and I'm glad they did. I had a good experience during my stay - from the moment I walked in to the time I checked out. I especially took liking to the young man working the front desk. He was a very funny guy and suggested a few places for me to check out in the city since I had never been to Chicago before.

I have stayed a few times for and event and for business. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were updated and nice. Bed was very comfortable and well worth the inexpensive cost. Room was very clean and I was able to check in early. Both times I have stayed it was a weekend and it was quiet.

The room was terrific...very spacious. King-sized mattress comfortable.

Nice hotel for the price. Free breakfast was great. Nice variety of food. Beautiful lobby bar.

The hotel is clean, the staff is great. Mike was over the top helpful in all that we needed. Went on business and stayed an extra day to go to a museum. The breakfast was delicious, actual cooked eggs, sausage, and potatoes as well as the normal free breakfast choices. All in all, the rooms were clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and for my purposes the location was prime. Will definitely book again, in fact I am booking a room for next week!

Ramada is a nice and clean hotel with good amenities. I would recommend this hotel to others. Staff were friendly & helpful.
