Honestly, i couldn't have had a better experience. During the consult periods, where i had to get my dr clearances before putting my surgery required in to my insurance, Lillian was there every step of the way. Every question i had or every freak out because i was having trouble getting my appointments in, she was there to hold my hand and helped keep me focused on my goal. Knowing how badly i wanted this and how hard i was working towards getting my surgery, there happened to be a cancellation the day they got my approval and my surgery was set up. Day of surgery, Dr. Mutafyan met and spoke with my father and helped put him at ease. I mean, his little girl was going under the knife! I was so happy to have my dad say he felt better then. I had no complications after surgery, for which i am so thankful and can only credit towards Dr Mutafyan's experience. And, even now, through every question or neurotic call i make to his office, the ladies there are calm and give me the answers i need. I'm 2 1/2 months post op and loving my new outlook on life. I thank the Dr and his team because they've helped me get here and continue to hold my hand when i need it. Thank you!
